BuyDNAProperty Intelligence

Market context

Market conditions, tied to a real address.

A national colour-coded map looks authoritative and tells you almost nothing about the property you're actually considering. BuyDNA retrieves market data for the specific property, names the source, and dates it — so you can see whether the evidence is strong enough to act on.

National heat map — not published

We removed the national market map rather than display medians, yields and growth figures we cannot attribute to a licensed, dated source for every market. Market context now appears inside a property report, alongside the evidence used to produce it. If a figure isn't returned for that address, the report shows “data unavailable” instead of an estimate.
