BuyDNA is a software service that gathers available property, market and government data, applies BuyDNA's own analytical models, and presents the result as research to help you understand a property before you make an offer.

By using BuyDNA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BuyDNA does not provide a formal or certified property valuation.

BuyDNA does not provide financial, investment, credit, tax or legal advice, and does not consider your personal circumstances, objectives or financial situation.

BuyDNA does not provide building, pest, structural, engineering or planning certification advice.

BuyDNA is not a buyer's agent and does not act for you in a transaction.

Figures such as value ranges, suggested opening offers and the Upper Evidence Limit are evidence-based information, not instructions and not a promise about what a property will sell for.

You remain responsible for your own property decisions. Before purchasing, you should obtain independent legal review of the contract, a building and pest inspection, finance advice appropriate to your circumstances, and any council or statutory searches relevant to the property.

You should independently verify any figure that materially affects your decision.

BuyDNA relies on third-party and government data. Availability, coverage and freshness vary by property, location and source, and some datasets are currently connected for particular states only.

We do not warrant that data or analysis is complete, current or free of error. Where reliable evidence is not available, BuyDNA discloses the gap rather than substituting an estimate.

Third-party data remains the property of its provider and is licensed to you for your own property research only.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these terms.

You may not scrape, bulk-extract, resell, sublicense or redistribute BuyDNA reports or underlying data, use the service to build a competing dataset, attempt to bypass access controls or fair-use limits, or use the service unlawfully.

Reports are licensed for your personal property research. Sharing a report with your own advisers is permitted; publishing or commercially redistributing it is not.

The BuyDNA platform, the DNA framework, scoring models, report structure, wording and branding are owned by BuyDNA. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use them for your own property research.

Where paid products are enabled, prices are shown before purchase in Australian dollars. A Full Property DNA report is a one-off purchase for a single property, and access to that report does not expire — it may only be withdrawn if the payment is refunded or reversed. A Buyer Pass is a one-off purchase covering a 30-day period and does not renew.

Investor Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that continues until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then.

Where the upgrade credit is offered, upgrading from a Full Property DNA report to a Buyer Pass within 7 days credits the report purchase against the pass price.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. BuyDNA does not store full card details.

If a report cannot be generated, you are not charged for it. If a delivered report contains a material factual error that we cannot correct, we will refund that report.

Because reports are delivered digitally and immediately, we do not offer refunds simply because the conclusion was not the one you hoped for. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, BuyDNA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a decision you make in reliance on the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for the affected report or access period.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may change features, data sources and these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
